About the Role
A leading global financial services firm is seeking a skilled ITSM Incident Management Analyst to join their dynamic team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Execute ITSM incident management processes, identify root causes, and implement effective resolution strategies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve incident management processes, procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Data Analysis: Analyze incident data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Automation: Leverage automation tools to streamline incident management tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution and effective communication.
- Reporting: Generate accurate and timely reports on incident metrics and key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM incident management
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Proficiency in ITSM ticketing tools, particularly ServiceNow
- Advanced skills in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Knowledge of data center operations, Windows administration, virtualization, and networking
- Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools
