About the Role:
A leading global financial services firm is seeking a skilled ITSM Process & Knowledge Management Analyst to join their dynamic team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, refine, and optimize ITSM processes and procedures.
• Knowledge Management: Collect, analyse, and disseminate critical information to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• ITIL Expertise: Leverage ITIL certifications to implement industry best practices and drive service excellence.
• Service Now Mastery: Effectively utilize Service Now to streamline workflows and manage incidents, problems, and requests.
• Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on expertise in tools like SharePoint, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to foster innovation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in ITSM and knowledge management
• ITIL certification in at least two ITIL capabilities (Incident, Major Incident, Request, Problem)
• At least five years of Service Now experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
