Key Responsibilities:
- Database Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement complex database solutions, including data models, tables, indexes, and constraints.
- Create PL/SQL code (stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages) that is effective and manageable to automate database operations and implement business rules.
- Database Performance Tuning:
- To increase query performance and system efficiency overall, identify database performance bottlenecks and apply optimization strategies.
- To avoid downtime, keep an eye on the health of your database, spot possible problems, and take preventative action.
- Data Integration and ETL:
- To extract, transform, and load data from several sources into the target database, design and implement data integration solutions utilizing ETL technologies.
- Throughout the data integration process, make sure the data is consistent and of high quality.
- Database Security:
- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, including user access controls, encryption, and data masking.
- Stay up-to-date with security best practices and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- To comprehend needs and provide excellent solutions, work well with development teams, data analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong PL/SQL development and Oracle database administration skills.
- extensive familiarity with SQL, SQL tuning, and performance optimization methods.
- Experience with data modeling and database design concepts.
- Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

- Certification in Oracle Database Administration or PL/SQL.
