“Organizations are leaving no stone unturned in adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) to streamline operations across departments and stay relevant in an increasingly competitive global business environment.”

This is undoubtedly a positive and progressive initiative. At the same time, the pursuit of higher productivity is also impacting only those who have made immense sacrifices in bringing their organizations to this level of success.

Isn’t it?

Organizations are also committed to their investors, and it is their accountability to deliver higher returns, improved margins, and sustainable growth. Through AI adoption and automation, many organizations have achieved enhanced productivity, operational efficiency, advanced profiling, optimized provisioning, and increased profitability.

But…

Organizations have also discovered that thousands of sharp minds—professionals who invested their days and nights in building organization—are often the biggest losers in this transformation and are now facing sleepless nights.

For them, organizations often come out with a familiar phrase:
“It’s for the organization and part of the changed strategy.”

They also express their regret.

Employees go back home with high levels of stress, which gradually leads to anxiety and sometimes depression, as they worry about what may happen next—even after possessing unmatched skill sets and years of dedication.

Isn’t it true that professionals today sometimes feel they are working hard only to retire early or make themselves irrelevant sooner than expected?

In my opinion, organizations should be ready to observe reduced level of commitment from their most trusted employees down the lane and full credit goes to AI
