About the Role:
Our client, a leading Fortune 500 company with an excellence center in Pune, is seeking a seasoned business analyst to drive innovation and enhance cross-border payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of product characteristics and operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Agile Delivery: Leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Cross-Border Payments: Deepen your understanding of cross-border payment systems, including FX, SWIFT, and ACH.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, regulatory teams, and clients.
- Product Development: Define, refine, and build cloud-based payment products and platforms.
- O&M: Oversee the operations and maintenance of cross-border services, addressing challenges, and identifying opportunities.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on experience in accounting, authorization, authentication, data flows, and system interfaces.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in the payment domain, with a strong focus on cross-border payments.
- Proven track record in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
- Deep understanding of FX, SWIFT, or ACH systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
