As CoE Engineer for SAP BRIM Convergent Charging techno-functional expert, You will be required to
- Work on Designing and developing complex charge plans, Check SAP Convergent Charging / BRIM feasibility across industries’ use cases
- Set up & Analyze technical Convergent Charging and provide best recommendations for SAP practices
- Perform root cause analysis based on error logs in different CC components,
- Perform performance analysis, Sizing, Java debugging, and JAVA coding
- Support the BRIM integration with Convergent Mediation and Subscription Order Management/Convergent invoicing,
- Review CC codes with Development teams or customer experts
- You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes
- Work on deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations.
Work experience
- Experience required in SAP convergent charging (lead to cash) – 9 to 13 years
- Should have deep technology and architecture knowledge about other SAP systems
- You have gone through 2 E2E implementation cycles.
- knowledge of developing complex charge plans
- In addition, should have Java programming skills
- Exposure to WILY Introscope and JAVA code analysis
- Experience of end to end BRIM Implementation, integration with Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4 and CPI, BTP integration
- Understanding of industry use cases and ABAP knowledge
- Good Communication Skills (verbal/Written)
Education And Qualifications
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology
Preferred Skills / Beneficial
- Certification in BRIM-related topics
- Experience with System Upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and HANA migration projects preferred
Experience in Business Domain, JAVA programming/troubleshooting
