About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SAP Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP solutions across various modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Success Factors. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and efficient SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP solutions, including custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and conversions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Maintain and support existing SAP systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience as an SAP Developer.
- Strong understanding of SAP development methodologies and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with [list specific SAP modules and technologies, e.g., ABAP, ABAP Objects, SAP HANA, SAP UI5, Fiori, SAP Cloud Platform].
- Experience with SAP development tools, such as SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio, Eclipse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Relevant SAP certifications.
