Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain relational databases.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.
Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Monitor database performance and improve efficiency.
Perform database backup and recovery.
Ensure data integrity, security, and availability.
Collaborate with developers to support application requirements.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Knowledge of indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with backup, recovery, and database security.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in database development (Freshers with strong SQL knowledge may also apply).
