We are looking for a high-performing International Sales Specialist with a strong background in IT Staff Augmentation and a proven record of international client acquisition. The ideal candidate must have successfully acquired around 100 international clients in their career, demonstrating exceptional business development, relationship management, and consultative sales expertise in global staffing.
This role offers an opportunity to work with international markets, drive large-scale client relationships, and contribute directly to the organization’s global expansion.

Responsibilities
- Acquisition of international clients in IT staff augmentation wherein to place company bench resources in remote model
- Must have experience in end-of-the-end acquisition closure process and procedures
- Must have experience in identification, engagement and conversion of new clients from different geographies such as US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
- Must have experience to achieve or exceed revenue achievement
- Must have experience in Revenue Leakage vs negotiation mapping on pricing
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement
- Impactful client presentations, proposals, and deal negotiations skills.
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Generate periodic reports on leads, opportunities, closures, and forecasts.
- Understanding of international compliance, business and contractual standards
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of total experience and 3 years of relevant international staff augmentation experience.
- Must have acquired minimum 100 international clients during his/her career
- Must have experience in global IT hiring trend, models and workforce solution
