Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
- Must have 6+ yrs of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Extensive experience in CRM customization which include and not limited to JavaScript, C#, .NET plugins, jQuery, HTML, CSS, workflows, Knockout JS, business process flows, Custom Workflows, Console Applications and Plugins. (Mandatory)
- Extensive experience in SQL Server, SSRS reporting, and fetch XML. (Mandatory)
- Must be having moderate level of expertise in IIS, Windows Server, and CRM security models. (Mandatory)
- Extensive experience in CRM migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
