Roles & Responsibilities:
As CoE Engineer for SAP BRIM Convergent Charging techno-functional expert, You will be required to
- Design/develop complex charge plans, Check feasibility of the Convergent Charging / BRIM use cases across industries
- Analyze technical Convergent Charging setup and provide recommendations for SAP Best practices /industry standards.
- Perform root case analysis based on error logs in different CC components,
- Perform performance analysis, Sizing, Java debugging, and JAVA coding
- support the BRIM integration with Digital Route (Convergent Mediation) and Subscription Order Management/Convergent invoicing,
- Review CC codes if necessary to work with our Development teams or customer experts
- You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses.
- Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex implementations.
Work Experience
- You have 9-13 years of experience in the areas of SAP convergent charging.
- You have deep technology and architecture knowledge about other SAP systems
- You have gone through 2 E2E implementation cycles.
- You have knowledge of developing complex charge plans
- You have deep technology and architecture knowledge about other SAP systems
- In addition to that you should have Java programming skills including Java Performance analysis.
- Exposure to WILY Introscope and JAVA code analysis
- Experience of end to end BRIM Implementation, integration with Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4 and CPI, BTP integration
- Understanding of industry use cases and ABAP knowledge
Preferred Skills / Beneficial
- Certification in BRIM-related topics
- Experience with System Upgrades, OS/DB migrations, and HANA migration projects preferred
- Experience in Business Domain, JAVA programming/troubleshooting,
