Role & Responsibilities
- The main responsibility will be AMS consulting; development and project activities will be supported
- Assist with incident, service request, and problem ticket resolution
- Address urgent issues pertaining to 3PL and interfaces.
- Manage project and demand-related tasks in addition to AMS work.
Requirements:
- Expert in SAP MM and WM with over five years of experience.
- Excellent in shipment, warehouse, approval workflow, and procurement operations.
familiarity with file and Idoc interfaces. - Managing client correspondence and collaborating with other functional modules on cross-functional subjects
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
Good To Have:
Experience in Warehouse Mobile Data entry process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors in the field of IT, Computer Science or Business Informatics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of SAP quality management.
