We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Web Developer who can manage complete web development projects from planning and development to deployment and ongoing maintenance. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust web applications, optimizing website performance, and ensuring compatibility across multiple browsers and devices. You will also contribute to code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help improve development workflows and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Application Management
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Build scalable frontend interfaces and backend modules with a strong focus on performance, security, and usability.
- Develop robust screens, dashboards, and application modules using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and .NET technologies.
- Work with SQL Server databases to create optimized queries, procedures, and data management solutions.
- Ensure applications are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve website speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality.
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver projects within deadlines.
- Participate in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and solution planning.
- Support junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring.
- Maintain clear documentation for development processes, modules, and technical implementations.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies, development trends, and best practices.
Quality Assurance & Optimization
- Develop and execute testing procedures to ensure application reliability and functionality.
- Validate web applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and device types.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.
- Monitor application performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Implement secure coding practices and maintain data integrity across applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or Software Developer in a professional environment.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend web development concepts.
- Experience working with dynamic web applications and database-driven systems.
- Ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
