Call for JAVA Developer for an innovation-driven organization, building cutting-edge solutions in GRC and FinTech.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern back-end practices.
- Implement REST/GraphQL APIs and integrate with front-end applications.
- Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and contribute to schema design and optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure quality and scalability.
- Apply CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes practices in daily development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver business requirements.
- Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Experience building RESTful APIs; exposure to GraphQL is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or interest in learning AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Experience working in product or start-up environments.
