Primary Objective: As a Business Processes Principal Consultant – Solution Lead (Bid Architect), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and winning strategic business deals. You will lead the development of compelling business solutions, crafting innovative proposals that address client challenges and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.
- Bid Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning bid proposals, including crafting compelling narratives, defining solution scope, and estimating project costs and timelines.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Business Process Reengineering: analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design efficient, streamlined processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
