You will be in charge of creating, developing, and implementing cutting-edge SAP ABAP solutions to streamline business operations as a SAP ABAP Development Consultant. Working with cross-functional teams, you will provide excellent solutions that satisfy customer needs and improve system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- ABAP Development: Design, develop, and implement ABAP objects such as reports, interfaces, forms, function modules, and ALV reports.
- Customizations: Configure and customize SAP standard modules to meet specific business needs.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of ABAP programs to ensure system efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP development.
- Best Practices: Adhere to SAP best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Teamwork: Work effectively within a team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming language, including data dictionary, reports, forms, interfaces, and ALE/IDoc.
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging and performance tuning techniques.
- Experience with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, and HR.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and ABAP on HANA.
- Outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
