Primary Objective: As a Business Processes Principal Consultant – Solution Lead (Bid Architect), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and winning strategic business deals. You will lead the development of compelling business solutions, crafting innovative proposals that address client challenges and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Bid Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop winning bid proposals, including crafting compelling narratives, defining solution scope, and estimating project costs and timelines.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Business Process Reengineering: analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design efficient, streamlined processes.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on business process reengineering and digital transformation.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects.
• Deep understanding of industry-specific business processes and challenges.
