Job Summary
The Demand Generation Manager (IT) is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive demand for IT products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the IT market, digital marketing trends, and lead nurturing best practices. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual with excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing), content marketing, events, and webinars.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop compelling messaging.
- Build and manage high-performing lead nurturing campaigns to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation activities with sales goals and optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all demand generation campaigns, identifying key metrics (e.g., cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI) and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to automate lead nurturing workflows and track campaign performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in demand generation, lead nurturing, and the IT industry.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related marketing role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
