  • Troubleshoot environment and infrastructure issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational documentation
  • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in DevOps or cloud support roles

  • Hands-on experience with Git version control
  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins
  • Solid grasp of Linux fundamentals
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Shell scripting)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

AI Experience

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted monitoring and log-analysis tools is a plus
  • Exposure to AI copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for scripting and troubleshooting support
  • Interest in learning AI-driven automation for CI/CD optimization

Managerial Experience

  • This is an individual contributor role; however, candidates should demonstrate strong ownership and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional development, QA, and infrastructure teams

Operational Experience

  • Experience supporting day-to-day cloud operations and infrastructure monitoring
  • Exposure to release and deployment support processes
  • Familiarity with basic cloud security practices
  • Experience maintaining SOP-aligned operational documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in DevOps/cloud support
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
