Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular 11+, TypeScript, REST APIs, SQL, and MongoDB.
In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, contribute to technical architecture decisions, conduct code reviews, gather business requirements, and mentor team members while working in an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop backend services using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build responsive frontend applications using Angular 11+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, JSON-based services, and SOAP web services.
- Develop applications using SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
- Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Develop unit tests and support integration, system, and technical testing.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and clarify complex requirements.
- Identify technical challenges and recommend scalable solutions and new technologies.
- Maintain development environments and support CI/CD practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint activities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+ features and Collections Framework.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing Microservices Architecture.
- Strong experience with Angular 11+ and TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and service-oriented design.
- Experience with unit testing and continuous integration environments.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Docker, and modern development workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Managerial Experience
- Ability to mentor developers and provide technical guidance.
- Experience leading small to medium-sized development teams is preferred.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, technical design, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Collaborate with customers to understand and formalize business requirements.
- Influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate development standards and gain team alignment on technical solutions.
- Balance technical, analytical, product, and business requirements effectively.
- Support project-level technical direction and decision-making.
Operational Experience
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with source-code management using Git.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Maintain technical development and testing environments.
- Perform unit, integration, and system-level testing.
- Troubleshoot application, API, database, and performance issues.
- Support enterprise applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure applications meet scalability, maintainability, performance, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- B.Tech / B.E. in any relevant specialization.
- 6–9 years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development or enterprise software development.
- Proven hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale software applications is highly preferred.
