Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform application code conversion to ensure compatibility between Sybase and MS SQL environments
• Work primarily on a Perl-based codebase, with portions being migrated to Python
• Apply strong Perl programming expertise to maintain, enhance, and optimize code for performance and stability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Perl development (strong hands-on expertise required)
• Solid understanding of Python and T-SQL / SQL Server
• Familiarity with ADO, Git, and release management workflows
• Preferred (Nice to Have): Experience with monitoring/alerting and automation tools
