About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Marketing Cloud instance.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud email, mobile, social, and advertising studios
- Build and deploy email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Manage data extensions, lists, and subscriptions
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other marketing and sales systems
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
- Provide training and support to other marketing team members
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Marketing Cloud features and best practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience with building and deploying email campaigns
- Experience with data management and segmentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred
