About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Marketing Cloud instance.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud email, mobile, social, and advertising studios
• Build and deploy email campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Manage data extensions, lists, and subscriptions
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with other marketing and sales systems
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
• Provide training and support to other marketing team members
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Marketing Cloud features and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
• Experience with building and deploying email campaigns
• Experience with data management and segmentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification preferred
