About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. As a Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to protect our organization’s IT infrastructure and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture: Design and implement security architectures, including network security, endpoint security, and identity and access management (IAM).
• Security Operations: Monitor security systems, respond to security alerts, and perform incident response activities.
• Vulnerability Management: The process of identifying, evaluating, and mitigating vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
• Security Policy Development: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Security Tool Implementation: Deploy and configure security tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
• Staying Updated: Stay current with the latest security technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent comprehension of application security, system security, and network security.
• Experience with security tools and technologies.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
