Job Summary
On behalf of our USA-based FinTech client, we are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Lead to drive the architecture, development, and operational excellence of enterprise web applications. The successful candidate will bring advanced expertise in C#/.NET Core, practical experience with Vue.js, and strong Azure DevOps capabilities. The role requires technical ownership, mentoring of development teams, and effective collaboration with product, QA, and platform stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote opportunity, open to full-time, part-time, and contractual engagement models, with candidates able to join within 15 days preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture, implementation, and operational performance of business-critical web applications to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and modular backend systems using C#/.NET Core
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js, with attention to state management and build tooling
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines, repos, and releases using Azure DevOps
- Architect and manage solutions across Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Application Insights)
- Apply cloud-native architecture patterns, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts
- Lead and mentor engineering team members, driving technical ownership across the team
- Partner with product, QA, and platform teams, communicating technical topics clearly to varied audiences
Required Skills

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, or equivalent container orchestration platforms for deploying, scaling, and managing cloud-native applications.
- Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies to support full-stack application development.
- Strong experience in application performance optimization, including caching mechanisms, database tuning, and system scalability improvements.
- Experience implementing secure development practices by applying OWASP standards, automated security testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or equivalent tools.
- Demonstrated experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role within Agile environments, providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and driving successful solution delivery.
AI Experience
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for accelerating development and code review is a plus
- Interest in applying AI-assisted tools for test generation, documentation, or engineering productivity
Managerial Experience
- Proven track record of mentoring software engineers, providing technical direction, and taking ownership of architecture, design, and solution delivery.
- Proven ability to partner with product, QA, and platform stakeholders and represent technical decisions to varied audiences
Operational Experience
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, releases, and repos in Azure DevOps
- Experience operating and monitoring applications using Azure Application Insights
- Understanding of container technologies and orchestration frameworks for deploying, managing, and scaling applications across cloud platforms.
- Experience driving delivery and operational excellence for mission-critical, production applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- 10+ years of relevant hands-on experience in full-stack .NET development
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating seamlessly with globally distributed teams to achieve project objectives.
- Available to join within 15 days preferred
Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent
- Certification in Kubernetes, DevOps, cloud engineering, or solution architecture is a plus and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
