DigitalXnode is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies across multiple digital properties. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, AI Search Optimization, and Organic Growth.
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the organic visibility, search rankings, and technical performance of DigitalXnode’s digital ecosystem. You will work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to create scalable SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve lead generation, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
DigitalXnode manages multiple digital assets across recruitment, technology, AI, staffing, and digital marketing domains. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical thinking, strategic planning capabilities, and hands-on SEO execution experience to develop growth strategies that positively impact all interconnected websites.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility across multiple digital properties.
- Lead enterprise-level SEO initiatives focused on long-term organic growth.
- Create SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals and revenue objectives.
- Identify new organic growth opportunities through competitor research and market analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior SEO executives while promoting SEO best practices across teams.
Keyword Research & Content Strategy
- Conduct advanced keyword research using search intent analysis, competitor research, and market trends.
- Build keyword clusters and topical authority strategies.
- Identify content gaps and recommend high-impact content opportunities.
- Optimize existing pages and create SEO-focused content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, search-optimized content.
Technical SEO
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits across websites.
- Identify and resolve crawl issues, indexing problems, broken links, duplicate content, redirect chains, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Improve website speed, mobile usability, structured data, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicalization, and internal linking.
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor website health and technical performance regularly.
On-Page SEO
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, image alt tags, and schema markup.
- Improve keyword targeting based on user search intent.
- Enhance internal linking architecture.
- Optimize landing pages for higher search rankings and conversions.
- Improve content readability, engagement, and user experience.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
- Develop scalable link-building strategies.
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, PR campaigns, and digital partnerships.
- Monitor backlink quality and eliminate harmful links.
- Increase domain authority through ethical white-hat SEO practices.
- Build relationships with industry websites and publishers.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, CTR, conversions, and user engagement.
- Analyze website performance using SEO and analytics platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly SEO reports.
- Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations to management.
- Track KPIs and continuously improve SEO performance.
AI Search & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging search technologies.
- Implement AI Search Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-powered search engines and conversational search experiences.
- Research evolving SEO trends including voice search, semantic SEO, and AI-generated search results.
- Recommend innovative SEO practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, content writers, and marketing teams.
- Participate in website planning, migrations, redesigns, and SEO implementation.
- Ensure SEO is integrated into all digital marketing campaigns.
- Document SEO processes, workflows, and implementation guidelines.
