The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end hiring efforts for technical roles within the banking, financial services, and energy domains. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing and stakeholder collaboration, along with the ability to build robust talent pipelines. The individual will play a key role in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, enhancing candidate experience, and contributing to recruitment strategy and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement intake, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of both active and passive candidates for niche technical roles
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline strength, and conversion rates to improve hiring efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand upcoming hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
- Stay informed about industry trends across banking, financial services (including capital markets, trading, and risk), technology, and consulting
- Recruit for specialized roles such as software engineers (C++, Java, Python), data and AI professionals, infrastructure specialists, trading systems experts, and project managers
- Work closely with internal teams to share insights and optimize recruitment processes
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in technical recruitment with a strong track record in full-cycle hiring
- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and direct search techniques
- Prior experience hiring for banking, financial services, or energy sector roles
- Solid understanding of technical domains including software development, data and AI, infrastructure, and trading platforms
- Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and improving recruitment KPIs
- Skilled in identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Experience in a staffing or consulting environment is an advantage
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred areas include Human Resources, Business Administration, or Technology).
