Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled T2Tester to join our dynamic team and contribute to the quality assurance of our core banking systems. As a T24 tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scripts for T24 applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and log them in the defect tracking system.
- Work closely with development teams to understand system requirements and identify potential testing scenarios.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and risk analysis activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest T24 versions, features, and testing methodologies.
- Automate test cases using appropriate testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
- Adhere to testing standards, best practices, and project methodologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of the T24 core banking system and its modules (e.g., loans, deposits, and payments).
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for complex T24 applications.
- Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT).
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with T24 performance testing and tuning.
- Knowledge of T24 security testing and vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
