We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven SEO Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing and technology-focused organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization, website optimization strategies, content-driven growth, and organic traffic improvement. This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about digital marketing, search engine visibility, and performance-based SEO strategies that help businesses grow organically.

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing complete SEO campaigns across multiple projects and domains. The role requires deep practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink development. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and digital marketing teams to improve website rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive long-term traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
  • Lead On-Page SEO implementation activities across websites and digital platforms to improve search engine performance.
  • Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt tags, and website content for better keyword targeting.
  • Improve website URL structures and ensure SEO-friendly architecture for enhanced user experience and indexing.
  • Create and manage internal linking strategies to improve website navigation and page authority distribution.
  • Ensure proper keyword placement and content optimization across landing pages, blogs, and website sections.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-focused content strategies that improve organic reach and engagement.
  • Support content creation, content marketing, and content optimization activities aligned with SEO goals.
  • Conduct keyword research using advanced SEO tools to identify high-performing and low-competition keywords.
  • Analyze competitor websites, backlinks, and digital strategies to identify opportunities for traffic and ranking growth.
  • Implement Off-Page SEO activities to strengthen domain authority and search engine credibility.
  • Build high-quality backlinks using ethical and white-hat SEO practices.
  • Perform directory submissions, social bookmarking, guest posting, profile creation, and forum submission activities.
  • Manage outreach campaigns to acquire relevant backlinks and improve website authority.
  • Perform Technical SEO audits to identify website performance issues and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct website crawling analysis to monitor indexing, crawlability, and technical SEO health.
  • Identify and fix broken links, redirect issues, duplicate content, and crawl errors.
  • Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt configurations to improve search engine accessibility.
  • Implement canonical tags and structured SEO practices to prevent duplicate content issues.
  • Optimize website speed, loading performance, and Core Web Vitals for better search rankings and user experience.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across different devices and browsers.
  • Improve indexing efficiency and website crawlability for enhanced search engine performance.
  • Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and SEO performance metrics regularly.
  • Generate SEO performance reports and analyze positive and negative trends using analytics tools.
  • Identify weak-performing pages and implement corrective SEO strategies to improve performance.
  • Work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular SEO training and knowledge-sharing sessions within teams to improve SEO implementation quality.
  • Continuously monitor domain authority, page authority, backlink profiles, and organic traffic growth.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and new digital marketing techniques.
  • Recommend innovative SEO strategies and optimization opportunities to achieve long-term organic growth.
  • Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and maintaining deadlines effectively.
  • Ensure all SEO practices follow search engine guidelines and ethical optimization standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive, SEO Specialist, or Digital Marketing professional with strong SEO expertise.
  • In-depth understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO concepts and implementation.
  • Strong experience in backlink development, outreach campaigns, and white-hat link-building strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research, search intent analysis, and SEO content optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Uber suggest, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
  • Knowledge of website analytics, ranking reports, and traffic performance measurement techniques.
  • Moderate understanding of HTML, website structures, SEO-friendly coding practices, and technical website architecture.
  • Familiarity with website performance optimization, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify SEO issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to interpret SEO reports, competitor analysis data, and keyword performance metrics accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting, collaboration, and outreach activities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and evolving SEO trends.
  • Experience working with content management systems and website optimization processes is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and task prioritization abilities.
