About the Role
As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and AI researchers to build innovative AI-driven solutions that improve business processes, automate workflows, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our AI Engineering team, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
- Build intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution.
- Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Create production-ready LLM applications with strong security and performance standards.
- Design AI workflows for business automation and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Large Language Models through APIs and open-source frameworks.
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and model performance for high-quality AI outputs.
- Evaluate AI models using modern testing and benchmarking frameworks.
- Implement AI guardrails, safety mechanisms, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise products.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
- Monitor deployed AI systems and continuously improve their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

- 5–8 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

- Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics and benchmarking techniques.
- Familiarity with vector search and semantic retrieval.
- Understanding of responsible AI, model safety, and AI governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
