As an AI/ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-powered applications. Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning and deep learning models tailored to specific business needs and use cases
- Build and maintain data processing pipelines that support model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows
- Conduct end-to-end model development activities including training, testing, fine-tuning, and performance benchmarking
- Work on applied AI projects spanning computer vision, image analysis, and natural language processing
- Apply statistical techniques and predictive analytics to derive meaningful, actionable insights from complex datasets
- Handle both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency throughout the development process
- Participate actively in technical planning sessions, architecture discussions, and design reviews
- Prepare clear documentation including model reports, workflow diagrams, and technical summaries
- Monitor deployed models for efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, and support ongoing maintenance activities

Key Skills

- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals and their practical applications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience building data science or AI-focused solutions
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures and neural network concepts
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or equivalent AI/ML libraries
- Working knowledge of Computer Vision techniques and image processing methods
- Understanding of Natural Language Processing concepts and their real-world applications

Education
- A degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Machine Learning, or a closely related technical discipline is required.
