Key Responsibilities
Business Requirements Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Define business processes, workflows, and solution requirements.
- Maintain complete requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Process Improvement
- Perform gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend business process optimization strategies.
- Develop business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and operational requirements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate business assumptions.
- Analyze datasets to identify business trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Validate business rules and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with data teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
Agile Project Delivery
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate meetings with business users and technical teams.
- Communicate business requirements clearly across cross-functional teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project execution.
- Present business analysis findings and solution recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation & Process Modeling
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and use case documentation.
- Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and workflow models.
- Maintain project documentation and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Support change management and requirement updates.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with development and QA teams during implementation.
- Assist in validating delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Support issue analysis and requirement clarification.
- Participate in solution reviews and project quality initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practices.
