Key Responsibilities
- Identify, Engage, Lead and scale Staff Augmentation business unit across key markets.
- Define, Develop, Customize and Execute growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and deploy strategic and tactical roadmap to Build, manage, and strengthen enterprise client relationships.
- Identify Industrial sector, segment and drive to acquire new business acquisition to expand business and improve employee revenue and reduce bench strength
- Initiate and Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing recruitment and delivery teams to achieve deployment numbers, revenue recognition and mitigate revenue leakage
- Implementation of cascaded approach and adoption to ensure operational excellence, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and collaborate with leadership on business initiation, planning, forecasting, and market expansion.
- Continuously analyze the changing dynamics of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Experience in defining prompt layout to generate Job Description generation and optimization using AI.
- Experience in using AI-assisted Resume Parsing and Candidate Matching tool, methodologies
- Must know AI-powered Boolean Search Optimization Mechanism
- Experience in leveraging AI Candidate Screening and Candidate Ranking platform for quick closure
- Experience Skills, Market, Talent Mapping, Competency Assessment, Recruitment Analytics and Dashboard Reporting using AI
- Experience in Workforce Planning and Demand Forecasting using articulated prompt engineering
- Experience in proposal writing, bid management and client presentations.
- Experience in leveraging AI with ATS, CRM and Recruitment Automation platforms.
- Detailed insight off Responsible AI, Data Privacy and AI Governance in HR.
Managerial Experience
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and revenue generation.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Operational Experience
- Experience in end-to-end Staff Augmentation operations from business acquisition to resource deployment.
- Expertise in defining and managing forecasting, capacity, and bench optimization planning.
- Processes driven turnaround time (TAT) and improving fulfillment ratios.
- SLA, KPI and Operational Metrics management.
- Delivery Governance and Recruitment Process Optimization.
- Experience in defining and managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment and delivery teams.
- Experience in vendor management and partner ecosystem management.
- Expertise in identification and mitigation of Revenue Leakage Prevention
- Experience in Resource Utilization Planning and Cost Optimization.
- Expertise in Compliance, Audit Readiness, Background Verification and Documentation Management.
Education & Certifications
