We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, and a passion for data-driven insights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Manipulation:
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) using SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Data Visualization and Reporting:
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Develop and present data visualizations (charts, graphs, maps) to communicate data insights effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to stakeholders.
• Data Modeling and Analysis:
  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling and data analysis.
  • Perform data mining and analysis to identify key drivers of business performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other forms of data-driven experimentation.
• Data Quality and Governance:
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.
