Job Summary
We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3–9 years of experience to support our client in India. The role involves building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frontend technologies such as React and Angular. The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, experience with frontend state management, APIs, testing, and Git, and the ability to work closely with backend, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React and/or Angular.
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Build user-friendly interfaces with a focus on performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable code following established development standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
- Manage Git-based source code repositories, branching strategies, version control, and development workflows.
- Implement unit, integration, and UI tests to maintain application quality.
- Work with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries as required.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and API integrations.
- Keep up with relevant frontend technologies, development practices, and industry trends.
Required Technical Skills
- 3–9 years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and a good understanding of its core concepts.
- Hands-on experience developing cross-platform web and mobile applications using React and/or Angular.
- Solid understanding of Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with Redux, MobX, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with third-party frontend libraries and integrations.
- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with native mobile development for iOS or Android.
- Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
- Exposure to mobile application development using cross-platform technologies.
AI Experience
AI experience is not compulsory for this role. The source requirements focus on frontend development, web and mobile applications, APIs, testing, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Managerial Experience
Formal people-management experience is not specified as mandatory. The role requires effective collaboration with developers, designers, product managers, and other technical stakeholders.
