Java Developer | Delhi
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable banking and financial technology applications while collaborating directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
This role requires hands-on experience in full-stack development, API integration, microservices architecture, and digital banking platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to develop secure, reliable, and customer-centric applications that support modern banking experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Build scalable and secure web applications that support digital banking and financial services platforms.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services to support business operations and customer-facing applications.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular and modern web technologies.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Banking & Payment Solutions
- Develop and enhance omnichannel banking applications that deliver seamless customer experiences across digital and physical channels.
- Support integration of banking services across web, mobile, branch, ATM, and payment ecosystems.
- Build and maintain solutions related to UPI payments, transaction processing, and digital banking services.
- Ensure compliance with banking industry standards, payment regulations, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer journeys and digital banking experiences.
Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Work directly with clients to gather business requirements and understand technical expectations.
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design workshops, and project planning sessions.
- Provide project updates and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with client teams throughout project delivery.
Software Engineering & Quality Assurance
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following software engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical modernization efforts.
- Contribute to technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation records.
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Support DevOps practices and automated deployment processes where applicable.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team development initiatives.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Java application development.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience developing frontend applications using Angular (Angular 8 or above preferred).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Git and source code management tools.
- Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience developing scalable and secure enterprise applications.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization preferred.
- Additional certifications in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Cloud Technologies, or Banking Platforms are considered an advantage.
