Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers to support our client’s technology requirements in India. Candidate should have working proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Dataverse, C# and .NET. This is a remote opportunity for full-time/part-time/contractual engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Dataverse.
- Design and develop custom plugins, workflow activities, PCF controls, APIs, and extensions leveraging C# and the .NET framework.
- Build client-side customisations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Power Automate.
- Optimise application performance, scalability and security.
- Be a part of technical design discussions and give or support solution recommendations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and support junior developers where required.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure code quality through testing and documentation.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).
- Dataverse and Dynamics 365 solution architecture.
- C# and .NET.
- Plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF Controls and custom APIs.
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- REST API integrations.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and Power Automate.
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Application performance, scalability and security.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product engineering organisations.
- Experience designing reusable frameworks and shared components.
- Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI Builder.
- Experience mentoring junior developers.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.

Managerial Experience
Not Mandatory. This is primarily a hands-on development role. Formal team-handling experience is not essential, although mentoring experience will be an advantage.
Operational Experience
- Experience across the software development lifecycle.
- Technical design and code review experience.
- Production support and troubleshooting experience.
- Technical documentation and development standards.
- Collaboration with Product Managers, QA and engineering teams.
AI Experience
Not Mandatory. Knowledge of AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform AI features or AI Builder, will be an advantage.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development may also be considered.
Certifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be preferred.
- Microsoft Azure or Power Platform certifications will be an advantage.
Experience
Relevant hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. The exact experience requirement may vary based on client project needs.
