Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developers to support our client in India. This role combines Salesforce development with AI capabilities to build intelligent and autonomous solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be able to understand complex business requirements, translate them into AI-driven solutions, and develop, configure, integrate, and optimize Agentforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions and AI-driven Salesforce agents.
- Bridge business needs with advanced AI capabilities within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
- Integrate LLMs and other AI services into applications and Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and implement LLM capabilities for Salesforce agents.
- Develop custom Agentforce components, templates, and integrations.
- Embed intelligent AI-powered agents into Salesforce environments.
- Configure, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agents.
- Review data strategy, data quality, and data governance requirements for AI initiatives and provide recommendations.
- Guide customers and stakeholders in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce.
- Investigate technical issues and recommend improvements to solution performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business, Salesforce, AI, and technical teams throughout solution delivery.
Required Technical Skills
- 6+ years of overall professional experience, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Experience configuring and implementing LLM capabilities for Salesforce agents.
- Experience developing custom Agentforce components, templates, and integrations.
- Understanding of data strategy, data quality, and data governance for AI initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience helping customers adopt and expand Agentforce capabilities.
- Exposure to intelligent or autonomous AI solutions within Salesforce.
- Experience with AI/ML solution implementation and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing skills.
AI Experience
AI experience is a core requirement. Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLM or AI-service integrations and experience building or supporting AI-driven Salesforce agents.
Managerial Experience
The source indicates Developer, Senior Developer, Lead Developer, or Manager levels. Formal people-management experience is relevant for Manager-level positions, while strong technical ownership is expected across all levels.
Operational Experience
- Experience supporting Salesforce solutions in a structured delivery environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce and AI-agent issues.
- Experience working with customers or stakeholders on Agentforce adoption.
- Ability to collaborate across Salesforce, AI, business, and technical teams.
