We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries Developer with a strong background in Communications Cloud (formerly Vlocity) for Germany based Organization. The role involves working on large-scale telecom transformation projects, building and enhancing customer-centric solutions on the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries Orchestration and OmniStudio, along with a good understanding of telecom business processes and integrations.
Location – Multiple locations in India/EU/Germany/Remote

Responsibilities
- Building and managing order orchestration workflows within Salesforce Industries
- Working on decomposition, fulfillment flows, and task-based orchestration
- Integrating Salesforce with external fulfillment and backend systems
- Developing OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards
- Collaborating with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable telecom solutions
- Supporting platform customization, optimization, and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud (Vlocity)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Order orchestration lifecycle
- Task-based orchestration
- Decomposition and fulfillment processes
- External system integrations
- Good knowledge of OmniStudio tools:
- OmniScripts
- DataRaptors
- Integration Procedures
- FlexCards
- Experience working on Salesforce implementations in telecom or communications domain (B2B or B2C)
- Strong understanding of:
- Apex
- SOQL
- Lightning Experience
- Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations
Good to Have
- Salesforce Certifications (Industries or Platform)
- Experience with Communications Cloud CPQ, Product Catalog, or Order Management
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps practices
- Experience working in enterprise-level multi-cloud Salesforce environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
