We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive enterprise sales growth for innovative cybersecurity solutions. This role is responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and opportunity generation through contract negotiation and deal closure.
As an Account Executive, you will engage with security leaders, engineering teams, technology decision-makers, and executive stakeholders to help organizations strengthen their security posture and modernize their application, cloud, and infrastructure security strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex technical discussions and build trusted relationships with enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and collaboration with SDR teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with CISOs, security leaders, engineering managers, technology executives, and business decision-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and align cybersecurity solutions with organizational goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer buying journey.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers to ensure engagement and successful deal progression.
- Foster long-term customer relationships that support retention and future expansion opportunities.
Solution Selling & Product Demonstrations
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to uncover customer requirements and business priorities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs tailored to customer environments.
- Translate technical product capabilities into measurable business outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer questions, security requirements, and solution architecture discussions.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements and technical evaluations when required.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate opportunity records, sales activities, and account information within CRM platforms.
- Monitor pipeline health and proactively manage opportunities through each stage of the sales process.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and revenue projections to leadership teams.
- Ensure strong pipeline discipline and adherence to sales methodologies.
- Track key performance metrics and continuously optimize sales execution strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to improve customer outcomes.
- Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate on demand generation initiatives, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.
Required Skills
Sales Expertise
- 6+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, cybersecurity sales, SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, account management, and business development skills.
- Ability to independently generate pipeline and drive opportunities through closure.
Cybersecurity & Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, cloud security, application security, vulnerability management, or compliance-related technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of modern cloud environments, DevOps practices, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Experience selling technical solutions into security, engineering, IT, or infrastructure teams.

Education
