As an AI Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing end-to-end automation frameworks, ensuring system reliability, monitoring performance, and continuously improving automation processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), UiPath, and Power Automate
- Build and optimize automated workflows to improve business operations and reduce manual tasks
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence technologies including GPT models, NLP solutions, and computer vision systems into automation processes
- Automate repetitive tasks across CRM systems, email platforms, cloud storage services, and databases
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations to improve workflow connectivity and performance
- Monitor automation systems and troubleshoot workflow-related technical issues
- Improve workflow efficiency, reliability, and scalability through continuous optimization
- Support implementation of automation strategies across multiple departments and business functions
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and operational improvements
- Develop custom scripts and automation logic using Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Assist with workflow testing, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation support activities
- Create process documentation, technical guidelines, and workflow implementation records
- Provide technical support and guidance related to automation platforms and AI-enabled solutions
- Follow software quality standards, security guidelines, and automation best practices
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, automation tools, and workflow engineering trends
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of automation concepts and workflow optimization principles
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, or Power Automate
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and third-party software integrations
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts used in automation systems
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL fundamentals

Education:
