Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Perform data analysis using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Develop and implement data quality checks and data governance policies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Experience with data warehousing and data lake concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data governance and data quality best practices.
• Certifications in business intelligence or data analysis.
