We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Analyst for our Germany-based international client supporting global technology compliance and audit initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to SOX compliance, IT control frameworks, and audit coordination within enterprise technology environments. The selected candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, audit partners, and security compliance teams to ensure technology processes remain aligned with compliance standards and audit requirements.
The position requires working in UK shift timings and involves short-term travel to the UK based on business needs.
Travel Requirement: Mandatory UK travel for 3–4 weeks as per project requirement
Location – Multiple locations in India/EU/Germany/Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage SOX compliance activities across technology and IT systems
- Perform SOX and RAAS audits for assigned applications and technology environments
- Review, analyze, and validate IT controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- Work towards centralizing and improving compliance processes for better consistency and governance
- Coordinate with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and IT Security Compliance teams during audit cycles
- Identify compliance gaps and support remediation activities
- Maintain audit documentation, evidence tracking, and compliance reporting
- Ensure adherence to technology risk and governance frameworks across applications and systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in IT compliance, audit, or technology risk management
- Strong experience working with SOX technology compliance and control frameworks
- Hands-on experience in SOX compliance and audit activities
- Experience working within large international or enterprise organizations
- Good understanding of IT governance, controls, and risk assessment processes
- Experience coordinating with audit teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
