Responsible for supporting the development and execution of visually engaging brand assets across digital and print platforms. The role focuses on graphic design, typography, presentation design, and visual storytelling while maintaining consistency with brand standards. Work closely with creative, product, and business teams to deliver high-quality design solutions that enhance communication and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually impactful assets for presentations, pitch decks, and business proposals
- Create branding and marketing materials for digital, social media, web, and print platforms
- Develop creative client deliverables including reports, presentations, and microsite visuals
- Support the maintenance and improvement of internal brand guidelines and design systems
- Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, illustrations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with senior designers and creative teams to convert concepts into polished visual outputs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative ideas and design perspectives
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials
- Work with internal stakeholders to create visually aligned internal and external communications
- Maintain strong attention to typography, spacing, alignment, and overall visual composition
- Organize and manage design files, templates, and creative assets efficiently
- Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication materials
- Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creative quality and brand consistency
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, and digital creative practices
Required Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of layout design, branding, and digital creative development
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually compelling designs
- Good understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong creativity with attention to detail and design accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple assignments
- Understanding of basic UI and digital design concepts

B.Des / BFA / B.Sc (Design / Multimedia) / Diploma in Graphic Design / Equivalent Qualification
