We are seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise revenue management, billing, ERP, and financial systems. This role requires a strategic technology professional who can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while driving digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle ecosystems, Zuora Revenue, Quote-to-Revenue processes, ERP implementations, revenue recognition, system integrations, and enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, project managers, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
- Design end-to-end enterprise solutions supporting revenue management, billing, ERP, and financial operations.
- Evaluate technology options and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
Revenue Management & ERP Solutions
- Lead implementation and optimization of Zuora Revenue and Quote-to-Revenue processes.
- Support revenue recognition, subscription management, billing automation, and financial reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment with accounting standards and business requirements.
- Design integrated solutions across ERP, billing, CRM, and revenue management platforms.
- Support financial transformation and process automation initiatives.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead solution delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.
- Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges.
- Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate discussions with business leaders, finance teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop future-state process designs.
- Document business requirements, use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve business processes and system capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders.
Data & System Integration
- Design and oversee data migration, conversion, and integration activities.
- Develop strategies for system interoperability and enterprise application integration.
- Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement secure and scalable integrations.
Leadership & Innovation
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Promote best practices, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable solution assets.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across technology implementations.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and strategic consulting engagements.
- Support business development and solution proposal activities.
Required Skills
Oracle & Revenue Management Expertise
- Strong experience with Zuora Revenue and Quote-to-Revenue lifecycle processes.
- Expertise in revenue recognition, billing operations, and financial systems.
- Experience implementing enterprise ERP, billing, and revenue accounting solutions.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and revenue management frameworks.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
Solution Architecture & Implementation
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Expertise in system integration, customization, and configuration.
- Experience delivering end-to-end projects across the full SDLC.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and technology frameworks.
