We are a talent acquisition and staff augmentation firm, and we are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients, an organization in the media and digital marketing space. Our client is looking to onboard a Video Editor & Graphic Designer across multiple locations in India for a fully remote role that can be offered on a full-time, part-time, or contractual basis, depending on the candidate’s preference and eligibility.
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital marketing and social media platforms. The position comprises of editing short and long videos, transitions, synchronising audio and video, integrating AI voiceovers or cloned voices, and designing high-quality graphics, banners, brochures, infographics, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms, along with a good understanding of storytelling, branding, and current social media trends. Collaboration with the marketing team to transform raw ideas and recordings into polished, professional content is a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, including trimming, transitions, syncing audio-video, and adding AI voiceovers or cloned voices when required.
- Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, and carousels for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Design engaging layouts and visuals using Canva or similar design tools.
- Convert raw screen recordings and other inputs from the team into polished, professional videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life across multiple platforms.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience with AI voice tools, syncing audio and video, and adding transitions.
- Strong skills in Canva, Figma, or equivalent graphic design software.
- A creative approach, attention to detail, and the ability to tell engaging stories.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and emerging trends is an added advantage.
AI Experience
- Hands-on experience integrating AI voiceovers or cloned voices into video content.
- Comfort using AI-assisted design or editing tools to speed up content creation, a plus.
Managerial Experience
- This is primarily an individual contributor role; prior team-handling experience is not required.
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the marketing team to translate raw ideas into finished creative output.
Operational Experience
- Experience managing multiple video and design projects simultaneously within marketing timelines.
- Familiarity with converting raw recordings and inputs into polished, publish-ready content on a regular cadence.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines across a range of formats and platforms.
Qualifications
- Any graduate (undergraduate degree in any discipline).
Certifications
- Adobe Certified Professional (Premiere Pro/Photoshop) or an equivalent design/editing certification (preferred, not mandatory).
