About the Salesforce Health Cloud Developer Role
The Salesforce Health Cloud Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing healthcare-focused Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Health Cloud Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise healthcare applications using Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Build custom Salesforce Health Cloud solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Flows.
- Extend Health Cloud functionality to support care coordination, patient engagement, and healthcare operations.
- Optimize Salesforce Health Cloud performance, scalability, and user experience.
Care Management Automation
- Develop advanced automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio.
- Create and Develop OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards to streamline clinical workflows.
- Support care management, case management, patient services, and healthcare program administration.
- Enhance operational efficiency through intelligent workflow automation.
Salesforce Data Cloud Development
- Apply, execute and support Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) initiatives.
- Construct and organize Data Streams and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
- Develop SQL-based insights, calculated insights, and customer intelligence solutions.
- Create and upgrade data transformation and data unification processes to enhance healthcare analytics.
- Support enterprise-wide healthcare data management strategies.
Agentforce and AI Development
- Develop and configure Agentforce solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Build AI-powered workflows using Prompt Builder and Agentforce capabilities.
- Create prompt engineering strategies that improve healthcare service delivery.
- Support autonomous business processes and AI-driven patient engagement experiences.
- Collaborate on innovative Salesforce AI and Generative AI initiatives.
Healthcare System Integration
- Develop integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare platforms.
- Integrate Salesforce with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and enterprise systems.
- Build secure REST API and healthcare data exchange solutions.
- Make sure no compromise is made for healthcare security and privacy standards; all compliances are met.
Quality Engineering and Security
- Develop comprehensive unit tests and maintain high code quality standards.
- Achieve and maintain code coverage requirements for Salesforce deployments.
- Contribute to the implementation of security measures and best practices to protect sensitive healthcare data, including Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Follow Salesforce security best practices and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Participate actively and effectively in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Engineer.
- Intensive and practical experience with Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and customization.
- Deep understanding of healthcare CRM solutions and healthcare data models.
- Experience developing Salesforce Flows, Triggers, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
- Extensive and Intensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).
- Strong SQL skills for insights, analytics, and data transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration architecture and API development.
- Experience using Git, VS Code, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy, compliance, and security standards.
