Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Application Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex classes and Apex triggers.
- Create, develop and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that are as per business and technical requirements.
- Develop custom functionality on the Salesforce platform using industry best practices.
- Maintain high-quality, reusable, and secure code.
Salesforce Lightning Development
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and enhance Aura Components and Visualforce pages.
- Improve user experience within Salesforce Lightning environments.
- Implement responsive and scalable Salesforce user interfaces.
Salesforce Customization and Automation
- Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects.
- Develop workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation solutions.
- Implement Salesforce Flow-based automation to improve business operations.
- Support continuous platform enhancements and optimization initiatives.
Salesforce Integration Development
- Develop mechanism for smooth integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Develop REST API and SOAP API integrations.
- Work with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft and integration platforms.
- Ensure that data is exchanged in a secure, reliable, and scalable way between systems.
Data Management and Migration
- Perform data migration activities using Salesforce Data Loader and related tools.
- Conduct data quality assessments and validation processes.
- Support ETL activities and enterprise data integration projects.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards.
Development, Testing, and Support
- Write unit tests and maintain Salesforce code coverage requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
- Contribute and actively take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Support production systems and resolve application defects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Engineer, or Salesforce Technical Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development including Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience developing Aura Components and Visualforce pages.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.
- Hands On in doing Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
- Experience working with enterprise CRM systems and cloud-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
