We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager – Generative AI to lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives and drive the successful adoption of Generative AI technologies across the organization. About the Role

- Lead enterprise Generative AI programs from planning through execution and adoption.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Technology Transformation, AI Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and AI adoption frameworks.
- Proven experience working in highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecommunications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex AI transformation programs in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project and program management certifications.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
