Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack development experience to work on platform engineering initiatives. This is a senior individual contributor role involving solution design, production software development, frontend development, cloud services, and AI-enabled capabilities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a problem statement and designing an appropriate solution rather than simply implementing a predefined specification. Strong Python skills, working knowledge of C#, PostgreSQL and Angular, along with hands-on AWS and AI-assisted development experience, are important for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build production services using Python, C#, and related backend technologies.
- Develop and maintain frontend functionality using Angular.
- Design and integrate features using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Integrate LLM-backed capabilities using APIs such as Anthropic Claude and related platform services.
- Work with Model Context Protocol and other technologies supporting AI-enabled platform capabilities.
- Contribute to AI Governance capabilities across explain, observe, and prevent areas as project initiatives evolve.
- Own feature and component design within the assigned area, including implementation approaches, alternatives, and technical trade-offs.
- Translate business or technical problem statements into practical and scalable software solutions.
- Mentor engineers, review code and technical designs, and contribute to improving overall engineering quality.
- Participate in effort estimation and challenge scope, dependencies, estimates, or technical direction when required.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs before using them in development and follow responsible AI-assisted development practices.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong professional experience delivering production software.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience or working proficiency in C#.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
- Full-stack development experience with Angular.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS.
- Hands-on experience with an AI-assisted coding tool such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable tool.
- Demonstrable experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic AI framework, including evidence of having built solutions with one.
- Ability to design solutions from problem statements rather than relying only on fully defined technical specifications.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals, including practical use cases, limitations, potential failure modes, and effective ways to direct AI systems.
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code or outputs before relying on them in production development.
Preferred Skills
- Direct experience with the Anthropic Claude API.
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience working on systems requiring explainability, observability, or guardrails.
- Experience designing and delivering LLM-backed products, APIs, or production AI services.
- Experience evaluating technical alternatives and making engineering trade-offs.
- Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineers.
- Experience delivering full-stack product capabilities in a collaborative engineering environment.
AI Experience
Hands-on AI experience is an important part of this role. Candidates should have experience using AI-assisted coding tools in their daily development work and exposure to agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. Experience with LLM-backed services, Claude API, Model Context Protocol, and AI Governance capabilities is preferred.
Managerial Experience
This is primarily a senior individual contributor position. Direct people management is not specified. However, the role includes mentoring engineers, reviewing code and designs, and providing technical guidance to improve engineering quality.
Operational Experience
Experience shipping and supporting production software, working with cloud services, participating in estimation and technical planning, reviewing implementation quality, and working within engineering standards and review processes is expected.
Qualifications
UG: Any Graduate. Relevant professional experience and demonstrated ability to deliver production software are required.

5–10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
