Job Summary
The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise and guidance to prospective customers. This role requires a strong understanding of our IT products and services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify appropriate solutions.
- Conduct technical discovery calls with prospective customers to assess their needs and challenges.
- Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Answer technical questions and provide in-depth product information to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and competitive offerings.
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and other marketing materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role, preferably in the IT industry.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
